Our Story

Our team has been in food preparation and food service business for years.
Our distinguished chef, Leo Galvan, a native of Mexico, pursuing the American dream and no stranger to the hard work that makes it happen, is proud to have managed kitchens serving Japanese grilled and Vietnamese cuisine.
With first hand experience of the popularity of our Takumi dishes, Leo brings the delights of Japan and Asia to Brigham City.
